 | You scored as Bondage Freak. Bondage Freaks can co-exist within a multitude of other subcultures. They're primarily about "the lifestyle" rather than the music, so you'll find Bondage Freaks onstage at goth clubs, dancing their PVC-clad hearts out at raves, and crying all the way to the bedroom as they pair-off at mope rock concerts.

Didn't guess that one...
Ingmar Bergman Your film will be 54% romantic, 31% comedy, 75% complex plot, and a $ 49 million budget. |
| Your life will be portrayed on film as an intense psychological drama, likely with some actresses screaming at the camera (Persona), or maybe a pleasant chess game between the Grim Reaper and a Crusader (The Seventh Seal). This Swedish director's films are intensely scrutinzed and studied in colleges all over the world to this day. This means that most Americans still don't understand his films! Still alive, he released in the U.S. in 2005 his first film in 23 years (Saraband), and he can still take on one more project to make your film biography. If curious, start with his films Wild Strawberries and Smiles of a Summer Night. |

Vieques, Puerto Rico!!!!! AKA, the vacation that almost wasn't [Unknown LJ tag] and I returned from Puerto Rico the other day... We didn't want to come home, the little island we stayed on (Vieques pronounced, vee-ayk-as) was a beautiful tropical paradise. We have pics to post but after I crop and re-size them. We did a lot of snorkeling (mostly I did) and saw a lot of cool sea dwelling creatures and I got an under water disposeable camera those have to be developed. We had such a great time there that we are already plotting a trip back for next year! The day we left Rhode Island, we almost didn't make it out of Boston due to a snowstorm of Blizzard-like conditions and ours was the last flight to leave before they shut down Logan Airport. It was around 80 degrees there almost all the time and the house that we stayed in was right on the ocean! We want to move there hehe! Brimfield Antique-ing
So, theattorney and went up to Brimfield MA, for an antique "fair" the other day, This event is insanely huge! There was an over a mile long stretch of vendors and dealers. We were there for two days and didn't get to see everything! We picked up a few asian pieces (japanese and indian). We also found a record dealer, we picked up Tom Waits "Nighthawks at the Diner" (2disc), The Damned "Phantasmagoria" and Generation X (self titled) all on original release vinyl! I think next time we hit Brimfield we are going to take a week off and bring tons of cash! | | Wednesday, July 27th, 2005 | | 10:18 am |
rescue at the tide pool...
Yesterday, theattorney, a couple of friends and I went to the cliffs at Narragansett to swim in a huge tide pool. We got there at high tide which means that the water level is up to my neck in some spots. We found tons of little fish, hermit-crabs, rock crabs, and even a horseshoe crab! The horseshoe crab was in a bit of trouble, it had gotten itself entangled in some fishing line and was dragging about a foot tail of the line. The poor thing had this fishing line tangled all around it's legs. I've never dealt with horseshoe crabs so I was unsure how to remedy the situation. So, we nudged it into shallow water and I lifted it up and out. I turned it over to expose it's legs and tried to untangle the fishing line but there was too much and it was really tied in there. We borrowed a pair of scissors from a nearby fisherman and had to cut out the line with injuring the horseshoe crab. We were successful! I wish we had brought a camera!
